Getting around to it

I should have a great G post for today. But I don't feel great. I actually feel kinda gross. I'm sick and my back hurts. So I'm not getting as much done as I need.

I haven't done *nothing* however. I've made split pea soup for lunch at work during the week. I've made hummus and tzatziki sauce for fake gyros (I use hummus instead of meat) also for lunch later this week. And some laundry.

But today is not a productive day. In fact, I'm still in my pjs. And that's okay. I'll get around to the rest of it eventually.

  2. Aw, so sorry you aren't feeling well today. You're actually ahead of the game, since today is a day off and tomorrow is the official G day! Is there a recipe for the fake gyros? Those sound really good!

    I had totally forgotten that Sundays were off days. Eh, that's ok :) I'm sure I'll forget a day somewhere so this can count for that day.
    The fake gyros isn't actually a recipe, just copying something I had at work last week. Pita bread, hummus spread out where the meat would be, lettuce, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce. Messy, but delicious!
