I have successfully had NO soda since April began. I'm very proud of myself! Between having no soda, lots of water, and only taking the elevator three times last week, I was honestly expecting to see a slight loss on the scale this morning.
Silly me, yesterday was Easter! Also it was our family birthday dinner for both my aunt and my oldest daughter. Mom's homemade lasagna, garlic bread, and from-scratch pound cake with ice cream and fresh strawberries. And birthday cupcakes. What was I thinking??
But - no gain either. That I will accept.
