Fit Mama Club reboot
1. Log food and water consumption. My Fitness Pal is amazing and I need to get back in the habit of using it.
2. Eliminate (or nearly eliminate) carbonated drinks. They are not good for me, they don't make me feel good at all, and there is no need for me to drink them.
3. Drastically reduce elevator use. My office space at work has moved, and now I have a good walk to get everywhere I need to be. This is a good thing. More walking = more movement.
I know I can do this! I've already lost 25 pounds, which is half of my goal. I want to like my body again. I want to stay healthy. Most importantly, I want to be a good example for my girls.
