Thirty days of gratitude


Well, what do you know... I found another challenge! This time it's a photo challenge.

Day 1: Favorite food.

I'm supposed to take pictures of these things, but I don't exactly HAVE a lasagna around to photograph. And when we do have lasagna, it doesn't last long enough to take a picture! So, this one is courtesy Bing image search.

I love lasagna. Especially  my mom's lasagna. Although in September, I tried making it for the first time using this recipe for crock pot lasagna. It was really good!

    I love lasagna, too, but my husband and kids don't like foods "that mix." Hard to make a one-person lasagna. ;-(
