Tomorrow, my baby girl turns 16. My first born daughter, my mini-me, center of my universe for so long.
Wow.
This precocious little girl, who loved dressing up, all things pink and purple, Barbie, and Bear in the Big Blue House is now a sophomore in high school. She has a boyfriend, friends that drive, and just had an interview for her first "real" job. In just two short years, she'll be preparing to graduate high school and go on to college. She'll be leaving us to go out on her own, out in the big scary world.
It doesn't seem possible.
How can time move so quickly??
We are very proud of the young woman she's becoming, but at times I do miss my little girl.
